Ashton Preserve Homeowners Association
Annual Meeting of All Homeowners
JUNE 2010
       The Ashton Preserve Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of All Homeowners will be on the First Saturday of June, starting at 4:00 p.m. to coincide with the Annual Ashton Preserve Cookout at the Mac's Farm cul de sac. The "rain date" will be Sunday, the next day.
       The principal business to be conducted at this Annual Meeting is the election of two (2) directors to the HOA's Board of Directors.
       Pursuant to HOA documents, the directors elected at this Annual Meeting shall serve a term of three (3) years. Proposed Bylaw or Charter amendments for consideration or vote at this Annual Meeting will be presented in advance of the Meeting.
       Of note, there will be goodie for children and door prizes given at the combined Cookout and Annual Meeting. The cookout will also feature a Moon Bounce for children, a popcorn machine and free snow cones for all!
       Anyone who seeks election to the Board of Directors or would like more information about the Annual Meeting is encouraged to contact any current member of the Board of Directors.
       For further information about the Annual Memorial Day Picnic and/ or to help with the Annual Meeting or Picnic, please contact any member of the Social Committee.
