       It is the agreed policy of the Board of Directors to provide the utmost protection of the privacy of Ashton Preserve' children. Therefore, the website will never knowingly identify a minor child on the website. Any, if any, photos posted of Ashton Preserve children will not bear captions specifically identifying any child.

       In addition, any Ashton Preserve Newsletter articles or photos identifying Ashton Preserve children will be deleted from the online versions. This includes the babysitter listings, photos of children or captions or other identifying information.
